It's that time of year again! Every year I am given this project to design the logo and build the sign for our club/bar. This is stressful coming up with the designs and having to build the signs. This is what I love to do! Building stuff like a girl!

cutting the letters out
Cutting the letters out on the band saw
all of my sign letters are cut and sanded
I painted the edges with a hammered metal paint
this is the background print for my sign. I made the letters white so I would know exactly where to mount my letters
Cutting the oval shape out freehand with my Dremel Trio, I love this little tool.
Now I am gluing my finished letters to the sign with pvc glue
