Shabby Tv Frame

I wanted to share the cute tv frame that I made this weekend for my sheshed. I wanted to do something a little different. Here are the pictures of my building process. I love how it turned out!

My she shed tv frame. ❤️️❤️️❤️️

This is the frame template that I designed in Photoshop. It is the same frame that I originally designed for my she shed windows. I printed in out on sticky back vinyl and then applied it to my wood pieces. Then I hand cut each piece on the band saw.

These are the finished sanded pieces for my frame.  I then kreg jigged them together from the back.

This is my stained Frame

After the stain dried, I painted it with white paint. I then took sand paper to the frame for that aged look. I love it!

I am now lining the tv up with the frame and using some super tape to keep it in place.

We drilled some holes for the cords and for the tv sensor.

Distressed and loving it!

I then screwed some blocks of wood in the bottom corners to hold the tv in place and a board across the center to hold the tv in place as well. I then had my husband cut some French cleats to hang the frame. I like this option because it was easy to slide the tv back and forth to center it where I wanted.

Attaching the French cleats to the cork board wall.

All finished! ❤️❤️❤️
